Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All sales are final. No requests for cancellations, changes, or refunds are accepted. Events occur rain or shine.

In the event that an event is canceled or postponed, we will make every effort to contact every patron via email, time permitting. While we regret any inconvenience caused by these circumstances, we cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such postponement or cancellation may incur.

Refunds on tickets purchased are only made for an event that has been canceled entirely. Times, dates, locations, and event details are all subject to change. In all instances when a ticket is refunded, only the cost of the ticket is refunded, not service fees or order processing fees.

If unauthorized ticket duplication or suspected fraud occurs, we reserve the right to cancel your ticket with no refund.

The holder of the ticket assumes all risks and dangers pertaining to the event for which the ticket is issued. Tradex, www.tradexhub.shop, and any members or individuals associated therewith cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, illness, death, medical treatments, loss, or damages incurred by patrons while attending these events.

Refund Policy: Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.  We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Memberships, digital products and services: TRADEX HUB, Exclusive Trading Packages - Monthly, Exclusive Trading Package, Trading Room Monthly, SMS Plays, Mentorship Plans, Algorithm, Exclusive Trading Room Access and any educational courses have a 14-day refund policy. Any free trial memberships must be cancelled within the trial period. After trial membership payments have been processed, they are non-refundable. Tickets are non-refundable.

Digital download products have a 14-day refund policy.  

RETURNS  We have a 30-day return policy (excluding digital products), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  To start a return, you can contact us at contact.tradex.terminal@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.  You can always contact us for any return questions at contact.tradex.terminal@gmail.com

Damages and Issues  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  Exchanges  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  European Union 3 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Refunds  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact.tradex.terminal@gmail.com.   We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.  Any orders deemed to be purchased via bots or other botting services are not allowed on TRADEXHUB.TRADE. We reserve the right to cancel any orders deemed to have been purchased using bots. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will receive a full refund.  We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
